Copyright

All of the images presented here are the property of Steve Grove. Under New Zealand copyright law, it is illegal for anyone to reproduce them (either digitally or in print) without written permission. A licence to use an image becomes valid only on full payment of the invoice.

Database

Our library contains thousands of images and only a small percentage of them are shown on the web site. If you can't find exactly what you need, contact us and we will send a selection of images according to your requirements.

Printing

All our photos are produced on the latest Fujifilm Frontier 370 digital lab using a true photographic process. This work by exposing red, green and blue laser light onto FujiFilm Crystal Archive photographic paper at 300 DPI (dots per inch). The fade resistance of our prints is rated at 150 years. Compare this to Inkjet printing at 2 years and Thermal at 10 years.

Digital Format

Steve has recently moved to an all-digital format and all images are available for use in a variety of media. Most images are taken at a resolution of 3456 X 2304 pixels which allows for prints to be made up to virtually any size, or conversly reduced in size for online applications.
